I had a great experience. The Doctor was very nice and took the time to explain to me the medication that will help me recover. I spent 30 minutes from the time I checked in and was walking out the door. Very professional organization

Great service, fast and friendly

For the first time, I went yesterday, August 14, 2022, to MD Now on 42nd Ave. in Miami. When I got there and during all the time I spent in the clinic the only thing I found was professionalism. Front desk, nurse and doctor. all of them deserve 5 stars. Have to mention the doctor whom I saw (after the visit I tried to get her name but couldn't get through on the phone). She is an amazing professional and told me all what I needed to know about my condition. Have to say that in the past I had been to another MD Now clinic (Coral Way) and I had to leave because of the treatment I received from the front desk lady. If I need it, I sure will be back to the 42nd. Ave clinic because they really are what a person expects from a health care place.

From the minute I walked in the door the receptionist (sorry 2 say I 4got her name) saw I was in pain she got me a cold bottle of water & just said 2 sit that she would do the rest and she did the staff nurse and receptionist helped me every step of the way idk if anyone has ever had broken ribs but trust me pain is unreal u can't breathe walk eep coughaugh etc etc they went way above and beyond and called me 2 days later 2 make sure I was ok I'd recommend my family & friends to fo here & I understand so.etimes u wait but so.eti.es people might be aittle sicker then u r so just hope we all get better or go sit in emergency room for 8 9 10 hours

What is the best part of working at the company? I love my job from the interactions with diverse people to the new things being taught everyday. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Nothing really. Yes their are some ugh patients but still love it What is the work environment and culture like at the company? This MD now is near my house very convenient not only that the staff in the front is very friendly. I had gone for a quick blood draw to check for antibodies due to the covid and was in and out fairly quickly I will be coming to this MD Now Clinic if needed. It was around 1 p.m. when I showed up it was neat organized and quiet. Any questions that I had the staff were able to answer accordingly. My two experiences at MD Now the one on bird and the one on Flagler so far has been phenomenal, no complaints.
