The person at the front desk was new. She appears to still be in the learning process. Very frustrating at the beginning but then another senior staff person came over to assist the girl in training. That made my experience a little better at the front desk checking in point. The girl who comes to take me to the room and does vital signs was very empathetic to my pain. She is kind, caring , and concerned of my pain level! The doctor was very informative. The X-ray machine was not available at this facility. So I was sent to Loxahatchee for my X-ray. The staff out there was great and performed their duties well. The doctor out there was awesome. His bedside manner was top of the line superb.

I was very satisfied with my doctor and staff, I was treated very well .I was very satisfied that he took good care of my wife with her condition. I would recommend anyone to this facility.

I was there again today for a follow up to have them check the sore on my left knee. Everyone is super nice and very profesional. I felt like they all care!!!!! From the Receptionista to Paula very nice, Lina that she took all my information yesterday to the Nurse Claudia Reyes and the Dr Claudia Mendoza!!!!! What a great group of profesional women!!!! THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT HAS HAPPEN TO WELL BEING. I ALWAY SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM ON THE WEEKEND AND REALLY DON'T WANT TO BOTHER MY DOCTOR - SO I GO TO THIS FACILITY.

The place is great

Easy and affordable physical for my son. They were actually more thorough than his pediatrician and only $35. I will be bringing my other son for his school physical. I called and got in right away. I went to the PGA location off Prosperity.
