I stepped on a nail and was concerned about infection. I went to MD Now with low expectations, thinking that a top doctor would not be attracted to an urgent care facility. So much for assumptions. The doctor was extremely competent and knowledgeable. He recommended a tetanus shot and a week of antibiotics. He also shared a tip if this happens again: squeeze the blood out to force out any particles on the nail. My foot feels much better. If I have another emergency, I will definitely return. I would add that the facility is recently constructed and very nice.

I was there again today for a follow up to have them check the sore on my left knee. Everyone is super nice and very profesional. I felt like they all care!!!!! From the Receptionista to Paula very nice, Lina that she took all my information yesterday to the Nurse Claudia Reyes and the Dr Claudia Mendoza!!!!! What a great group of profesional women!!!! I called MD Now and had an appt in a day on Sunday. From the the Front staff to the staff doing testing everyone was so courteous and professional. Thank you so much to all. My experience at MD now was seamless. I had fallen and thought I sprained my wrist, but after a week of distress I went for x-rays. As I suspected it was more than a sprain, it was broken. The nurse was very well educated and helpful. The doctor, Dr. Swanson, was totally on point with his diagnosis verified by the x-rays. Within 45 minutes I was tended to and out the door with a splint and sling,. A referral for an orthopedist and my prescription was also called in to my pharmacy. The level of care is A+ at the Royal Palm Beach MD Now. Thank you all!

(she went to get me at the parking lot) I left because was too scared to get my 3er shoot after 2 very painfull ones. By the time I was getting to the pharmacy my daughter told me that I was already looking better and God knows I was in a really bad shape when I got to the urgent care. We went in to check on my daughter after getting cold symptoms 2 days into our vacation. It was quick and easy. Straight to the point and the dr was very charismatic and light hearted. Both nurses that took her vitals and administered the COVID test were great. Wish I remembered names but it was a great experience.
