Fast and friendly service in a very clean environment. Both the nurse and physician were pleasant and explained everything as they did it. Despite not feeling well, this was a great experience.

Never expected the care and ease of MD Now. Went with lower back pain. Just had gallbladder removed about two weeks prior and the doctor check me out and told me that all my post op was great and had no issues. He took time to explain everything to me and ask if I had any questions for him. Dr Raul was great and staff were very friendly. Hope I never have to go back because I stay healthy but if I do have to go back, I would go in a heart beat. Staff is great.

Every time I've been there I'm always impressed by how new and clean everything looks. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and nice, plus they do their best to get you in to see a doctor as quickly as possible. Once you're in an exam room things move along quite quickly (at least in MY experiences.) All the nurses and doctors are very polite and knowledgeable when it comes to giving information or answering questions. Everyone at this location seem genuinely concerned about their patients...they're not just there to put in their hours for a paycheck. Last week my son drove me there because I had what I thought to be Vertigo. The front office staff were very polite and accommodating (ex: asking me if I'd be more comfortable lying downing an exam room, offering me water, etc.) Once we were brought back into a room I was seen by a nurse within minutes. The doctor came in right afterwards. I was very pleased with his bedside manner...he REALLY took his time to look me over, ask me questions, and explain his diagnosis (in full detail that I could understand: no confusing medical lingo.) That doctor's name is MARIO STEFAN and if anyone from the staff is reading this I'd like to say a big THANK YOU to him because I felt very comforted being under his care. He said and did what he thought was best and I put my full trust in him. THANK YOU TO DR. STEFAN AND THE ENTIRE STAFF AT MDNOW

I visited for the second time today. Amy the PA was so patient, kind and thorough. The medical assistant Elizabeth I think her name is, was amazing as well. I really appreciated the urgency and care both of these ladies provided me. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you both very much!

I dragged myself into the Med Now clinic in horrific pain thinking how am I going to go to work 8 hrs from 6:45 pm with 2 swollen painful knees? A short wait & 2xrays & diagnosis I left with prescription for strong Anti inflammation meds. I slept & was up pain free feeling amazing - loving life again enjoying working greeting people. Thank you all at Med Now in Pembroke Pines.

USPS 20283 Santa Maria Ave, Castro Valley 94546. We had the best experience ever at a post office. We were helped by **, who went out of his way to help us, he is very knowledgeable, and a very nice person who would try his best to help the customer and make him/her feel at ease and important when being helped.
