Resources for your walk-in appointment
We've provided information regarding billing questions, insurance details, and pre-operative evaluations so your visit with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Paying for your urgent care visit
At our clinics, we want the billing process to be as simple as possible. You have the right to review your bill, regardless of your ability to pay it. We provide affordable self-pay rates for those without health insurance and for those who have a plan that is not currently accepted at our clinic.
Pay your bill online
You can also pay your bill through our convenient, fast and easy to use online payment system. After registering and logging into a secure portal, you will be able to review your bill, find the remaining balance and make a payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payments are normally processed within 24 hours.
Bill pay questions
If you have questions about your medical bill, please call (844) 422-3627. Our customer service team is available to assist you from 7:30am to 6:00pm CST.
Billing insurance providers
We accept most major health insurance plans and will bill your insurance provider directly for services provided by the healthcare professionals at our clinics. Our front desk staff will verify your health insurance coverage before or during your visit. Most health insurance plans require a co-payment at the time of service.
After contacting your insurance company, we will send you a bill with the remaining balance. If you have questions about your insurance plan, please contact your insurance provider directly.
Uninsured payment options
If you do not have health insurance, we will provide a reasonable estimate of your healthcare charges before treatment. We can also provide you with information regarding any discount or charity policies that may be available.
Test results and medical records
If you would like a copy of your medical records, you must fill out a Medical Release Authorization form.
Preparing for your visit
Our medical team takes pride in providing you with the best treatment for your unique condition. But, we still want you to be prepared and know what to expect from us during your visit. Please review our policies prior to your arrival to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Pre-operative evaluations
Our medical professionals offer pre-operative evaluations to help you prepare for an upcoming surgery. These evaluations are available at all of our clinics. You can expect to hear your results within a 7-day turnaround period.
