I highly recommend MD Now at Pinecrest for medical attention. They are well staffed and professional and treat you with respect. The 0lace is clean and waiting is minimum. I trust them and I will always come to this location when I need medical attention. AAA+

The clinic was very busy, regardless of that every staff member took their time to be pleasant and accommodating. It was extremely clean inside as well.

Everyone is always so nice. Everything is very clean. I never have a very long wait. I have a regular doctor but I always go there if it's a weekend or in the evening. Which has actually happened to few times. I'm very grateful for them.

My sister in law brought my daughter in but we didn’t know that without a parent she couldn’t be immediately seen. The front desk girl Suset went out of her way to help us in getting the correct things sent over so that my daughter could be treated for her cold- due to work there is no way I could of taken her in. She was extremely patient and made a lasting impression because both my sister in law and daughter remembered her by name and told me how sweet and helpful she was, she even kept my daughter entertained by talking about Disney with her (my daughter’s favorite). Good job MD Now for hiring such good staff! We will definitely be switching over from Baptist for all of our future Urgent Care needs & letting our friends know about you. Experience was great. Receptionist very nice as was medical staff.

Everything went well for me. I arrived right at 8:00am and they were open and ready to go. I had been suffering severe sinusitis for three days and was all stopped up, hadn't been able to sleep for 2 nights. They took me in right away, the MD prescribed a steroid to open my nasal passages and strong antibiotic, I was able to sleep that night and feeling 100% better the next day. Should have gone on day 1 rather than suffer three days. Thanks

I had took my teenage son in for his hand, it was clean and the staff was very friendly...Overall he was happy and did not have any complaints and that's good! Hope to see more open Urgent Care like this one closer to home.
