She had an incredibly bright and cheerful attitude, let me know every single thing she was going to do before she did it and drew my blood very efficiently and professionally (and it didn't hurt a bit!) It's very rare to find someone with such outstanding interpersonal and communication, as well as patient care, skills so I wanted to give her a huge shout out! MD Now Is very fortunate to have this exemplary, super compassionate provider on their staff. It was my first time at one of these urgent cares and because of Ms Novlette, I'm very impressed and I will definitely come back if needed. Came here after a small accident at home that needed wound care. It is conveniently located and was opened earlier than the Baptist one that I had closer to me. The care was excellent and the staff very attentive, Dr Chen was very delicate with my wound and barely felt anything while he was giving me stitches.
