Palm Beach Gardens, FL — MD Now, the largest urgent care operator in Florida with 110+ state-of-the-art clinics across the state, is opening its first clinic in Miramar.

MD Now’s model for delivering high-quality healthcare is already well-established in Broward County. The new Miramar clinic in Southern Broward County is the 18th MD Now clinic in the area.

“MD Now already serves many corners of Broward County and we are always excited to have the opportunity to expand our footprint in the communities we serve,” said Tina Miller, Chief Operating Officer of MD Now. “With the new Miramar clinic, we can provide convenient, high-quality healthcare to even more Broward County patients.”

The Miramar clinic is located in Miramar Parkway Plaza, southwest of the intersection of Miramar Parkway and South University Drive, next to AutoZone.

Like all MD Now clinics, no appointment is ever necessary, and walk-ins are welcome. MD Now also offers online Web Check-In® to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Patients can select their clinic of choice and choose when they want to come in. They’ll receive a text message when it’s time for their visit, so they can wait wherever is convenient for them.

The 3,000-square-foot Miramar clinic has five exam rooms, one triage room, one procedure room, and one X-ray room, all staffed by a physician-led team of healthcare professionals that use modern technology to meet the needs of patients.

Urgent care services offered at MD Now include:

  • Care for common illnesses and injuries
  • Treatment for sprains, strains, and broken bones
  • Injury care for cuts, scrapes, wounds, and abrasions
  • Lab testing
  • Digital X-rays and EKGs
  • Physicals for camp, sports, school, and work
  • Pre-operative evaluations
  • Vaccinations and immunizations
  • Occupational health
  • COVID-19 evaluations and testing
  • And more

Clinic hours are currently Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

“We look forward to continuing to build patient relationships throughout Broward County with the opening of MD Now’s first Miramar clinic,” Tina Miller said.
